Precautions for use
Selection and installation specifications

During installation, check the integrity of the sealing ring to ensure that it fits tightly with the valve body interface; the solenoid valve sealing ring should pay attention to the interface direction (such as the pressure interface facing up) to prevent leakage caused by misalignment of the installation.
Operation and maintenance requirements
Regularly check the wear, deformation or cracking of the sealing ring. It is recommended to replace dynamic sealing components (such as piston rod seals) every 2000 hours of operation or when the pressure difference is abnormal.
Do not use sharp tools or corrosive solvents when cleaning the sealing surface to avoid scratching the sealing surface or damaging the elastic material structure.
Environmental and storage restrictions
Avoid long-term exposure of the sealing ring to strong electromagnetic interference or condensation environment to prevent accelerated aging of the material or degradation of insulation performance.
Unused sealing rings must be sealed and stored in a dry environment. New parts must be replaced when the storage period exceeds the manufacturer's recommended period or the packaging is damaged.
Special working condition adaptation
Special fluororubber sealing rings must be used in high temperature or flame-retardant medium scenarios, and ordinary rubber materials are prohibited for fire-resistant hydraulic oil to avoid swelling failure.
In systems with frequent high-pressure shocks, it is recommended to use retaining rings or support rings to enhance the pressure resistance of the sealing structure.
